This page explains how NEVRA handles personal information when you browse the store, contact us or purchase a license.
1. Data controller

2. Information processed
We may process the contact and order information you provide, including your name, email address, selected license, displayed price, payment status, the version and time of your license acceptance, your immediate-delivery confirmation and messages sent to NEVRA. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by NEVRA.
3. Why it is used
Information is used to process orders, deliver purchased files and license agreements, provide customer support, recover purchases, prevent abuse and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations.
4. Service providers
NEVRA currently uses Stripe for checkout and payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare and ChatGPT Sites for hosting, security and delivery infrastructure. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
5. Retention and rights
Order records are kept only as long as required for delivery, support, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing.
